Refund Policy

Once a visa or travel document request is accepted, you will receive an email which will formalize the contract, thus it will become a valid, current and binding legal transaction between the parties, and therefore we, as a business, will become your supplier and you our customer.

In the event that your visa is denied by government authorities, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid to the government, you will never receive a payment corresponding to our handling and processing fees, any other refund request will be excluded.

  • Your full name (as appears in your passport).
  • Your unique transaction ID.
  • The email used to make the registration on this website.

For multiple requests, please indicate all transaction IDs.

The estimated response time for your request will be a maximum of 72 hours.

We would like to inform you that, due to the urgent and personalized nature of the requests, our company will start to manage and process your order within a maximum time period of 24 hours. The applicant expressly accepts and authorizes the order, which being personalized and urgent, will not be able to benefit from any type of withdrawal period or cancellation.
